I was reading another post where an Image posted spoke about turning in a two weeks notice prior to quitting. Failure to do so would result in your final pay being lowered down to minimum wage.

I worked for a telecommunications call center and they had something like this called “compliance pay.” So the way this worked was your base pay was 10/hr but if you worked your scheduled hours without missing a total of 2 hours of scheduled time from your two week total hours (I.e if you are scheduled to work 80 hours you are allowed to miss 2 hours of your scheduled time) you would earn a compliance bonus of 4 dollars an hour extra.
If you missed more than 2 hours down to the second they bump you down to 10/hr.
It’s nice if you’re running a few minutes late for work……. But
There is no sick time available so if you miss even half a day of your two week schedule then your pay is going to go down 4/hr back to 10
Has anyone worked in a situation like this?
