I just started working in a phone repair center and they have absolutely ZERO safety standards. My manager literally told me I'll eventually cut myself or get glass in my fingers. I do not want that. They also polish the phones with machines in the same room. Does anyone have information on the hazards from the adhesive from heating the phones (85°C or 185°F) take the front or back off. Does the polish machines or soldering also cause fumes? Thanks in advance for any information!
