Confession: I’m too lazy to work from home, I always tend to slack off. How to stop this cycle.

I always tend to slack off and stop trying about a year into my new job. It’s not like it’s an entry level job either, I get paid well. Maybe something from my childhood stops me from trying my best. Sometimes I wake up at 9 am, play video games, take 2 hour lunch breaks and smoke weed throughout the day. I prefer remote jobs because I have a demanding dog. I’m probably going to get laid off soon but I don’t really care because EI is enough for me to live on because I live with my parents. Also I can get a similar job pretty easily because I kept studying and specialize in my field. Any tips on stopping this cycle?
