Hi all,
I am considering a job offer where in the 4th round of interview with a super boss , i was questioned for being on my notice period. Comments like “you may have been thrown out of your job & such comments were made”
My company has 90 days of notice period.
So i put my papers down first before appearing for interviews.
Overall the vibe of the interview was very negative.
The interviewer was putting me down with every question.
Comments like “Who knows how many firms you are interviewing with? ” “Even if we offer you, you may take our offer & then join another firm ”
I tried my best to explain that i am serious about the job. He felt i am a liar
Now i am recollecting my thoughts i just feel he was gaslighting me all the time.
The recruiter later called me to discuss the offer.
The role is average. Pays okay!
I am confused if i should accept the offer or not
