This feels like a joke even to me, I'm not sure if I should try or say anything.
For context, I try to drink about 3 liters of water per day and drink it mostly at work to avoid costs at home. Since I drink water often I naturally go to the toilet more than others.
HR called me and the company COO was in there aswell. They told me they've seen me through the cameras using the bathroom “more often than necessary” and that I'm costing them more money in water costs since they have to buy them more often.
I'm still flabberghasted. I just went to my lunch break to process it all because it felt incredibly creepy that they are observing me through cameras to check how often I use the bathroom. What should/could I do? Am I really doing something wrong? I use the toilet about 5 times a day at most…
