I hate my job but I work because well I’m poor and have to pay bills. Not gonna mention the company but it’s basically customer service. I hate how either your bonus or job is measured from surveys of the customer. I do a fantastic job and it’s so shitty when I received a negative survey but I did a great job but they were complaining about the company. For fucks sake people take the time to read shit like this if you are gonna complain about the company and make sure you are not rating the employee.

I know there is shitty employees so yeah can’t do anything about that.
But the fucking companies are winning bc of their shitty system they have set up to screw the employees.
