Corporate is forcing us to pay a $2.50/week subscription for required work shirts

Work is now requiring Subscription ShirtsTM. What does that mean? It means corporate gave each of us 3 shirts that we have to pay $2.50 a week for. That's right. $2.50 is coming out of our paycheck every week. We're being forced to pay what amounts to a subscription for a uniform that's required. What happens when a shirt gets ruined? Oh, that's no problem. Just bring the shirt in and you can trade it for a new one. But you gotta bring that ruined one in, otherwise no dice. We work 6 days a week. Can we request more shirts? Nope. Just the 3. Hope you like laundry. We had to sign paperwork agreeing to this. If we didn't, our paid lunch would suddenly become unpaid. Yep. We were forced to choose between having $2.50 taken out of our paycheck each week without our consent or forfeit 30 minutes…

As corporate was leaving today, they handed each of us a $25 Walmart gift card and said, “This should cover the cost of the shirts.”
