Correct me if I’m wrong, if an employer asks for your ethnicity because they are an equal opportunity employer, shouldn’t they not ask for ethnicity at all?

If they can’t see ethnicity they can’t place a bias or even have an opportunity, or less of an opportunity to pick the candidates based off of their ethnicity
