So I just returned to work after 6 weeks off from a surgery procedure I had (appendicitis) Anyways, yesterday & today I ended up using FMLA to cover my shifts since I’ve been sick with a stomach bug, I work in a unionized shipyard, and I’m really concerned that they might take action against me for doing this, but I genuinely can’t see myself working through this?
