So at my company (car dealership) we (service advisors) get paid off of our gross individual labor dollars amount. Every month all the coupons customer bring in that WE DON’T HAVE ANY SAY OR CONTROL OVER get split between us and subtracted from our total gross that we get paid off of? What is the legality in this??
