I'm being evicted from my home that I have lived in since 2018. Since February of 2021 I've sought after needed treatment for various illnesses and disorders I've had. I found myself filling out an application fee waiver since there was an “appearance fee” when I was reading my Eviction Summons. I suppose this is a fee required for both parties, the defendant and plaintiff(?) to pay in order to simply show up in Eviction Court. After I had my waiver filled out and ready to mail to my county's circuit court clerk, I've realized I do not have envelopes, nor stamps, making the waiver impossible to file. I do not have the money to get these things right now either.
