I currently work in healthcare & I'm fucking over COVID policies. They don't want you coming into work when sick because you might have COVID, which is reasonable. They'll pay you without dipping into your PTO. Attendance doesn't count against you. But the moment they find out it isn't COVID, you're on your fucking own. Need 3 days to recover from the flu or terrible sinus infection? Get fucked. Better not have any occurrences. You want to get PAID for those days so you won't be short on bills?
