Covid positive coworker, under staff kitchen and broken dishwasher.

I would like to know if it sounds strange only for me, I'm working as a chef in a restaurant that is always undestaffed and doesn't have a dishwasher guy. It's been 2 days that the dishwasher has been broken and it's not going to be fixed before another 4 days (it's not the first time that this happens in only 3 months that im there), meanwhile the kitchen manager said they are sick and tested positive for covid but they're still working because no one can cover their shift and, according to them, it's not mandatory to stay at home anymore. Now, I'm on the minimum wage and I'm not only paid enough for all the extra work I do, they also expect me to work with someone who potentially has covid.
