I’ve been struggling to justify continuing to work at the company I’m currently in as they and a select other employees lack the same values in terms of honesty, taking accountability and having a good work ethic. The worst workers get their write ups swept under the rug and the good ones are yelled at for little things that don’t matter.
I’ve just learned one of the best workers was let go. I’m unable to do anything to fight back against this. I want out. What jobs fight to protect people? I’m done with this corporate shit
