I (21f) just started this job, I'm only a week and a half in, and I really like it and the people I work with.
I have 3 different responsibilities and today I finally got trained on the third one. The lady training me today was an older woman (I don't know her age specifically, maybe 50?) who is very friendly, with a big personality, who everyone likes. At the end of the day she said, “now that your training is done I get to be your mom” and slapped my ass twice.
Thit made me extremely uncomfortable if I'm puting it lightly. I have NEVER liked being touched anywhere at all, not even by family. I don't even do hugs. It's bad enough that my grandma pinching the back of my thighs made me suicidal. I can't stop thinking about it.
I will tell her next time I see her to never do that again. I should have told her then but I was kind of stunned. Just needed to vent I think. Thanks for reading.
