The story :
I started at my job 7 months ago +- as a first line support.
doing a good job, got told multiple times to keep doing this because no complaints are coming in.
A new guy started 2 months ago also as a first line support
i asked a couple times if i can get higher up in the ranks because i need more, first line support is boring for me.
they tell me because i “just” started that it's not possible. after 1 year they have no issue with this.
this new guy who always come's to me for answers get's to the position i wanted to be.
the reason :
i am on vacation for 2 weeks and the new guy does not take vacation so he got the position.
when i asked about the 1 year experience they just answered : We dont need to explain why or how. we can only say that because it was urgent we choose him.
i am done, looking for something else…
