My fiancé and I work at a Cracker Barrel where a trainer denied him his tips for not doing one job and then is set to collected $104 in tips that same night from a catering order for thanksgiving. Is that shit legal at all? I checked online and saw NOWHERE that trainers get tipped and in fact get paid $16 an hr. Can we take legal action??
