How about create church that
- Has membership in union as its religious duty.
- Has a lot of things that union could demand as specifically written religous duties. For example in USA cashiers have to stand because of some BS. Memeber of church I write about have to sit down when handling others' money (handling card also counts) as a sign of meticulousness – this strengthens that demand and allows sympathizer to go mega-Karen from being disrespected by standing cashier.
