Creative payroll

The companies “work cycle” starts in a Tuesday and ends in a Tuesday, we get paid every Friday. I’ve been put on an alternating schedule for the winter season. I work 6 days the first week, then four days the second week, then back to six. I was like whatever I could use the over time for the 6th day no worries. Turns out my 6th day falls on the Tuesday so my “overtime” day just falls into next weeks pay cycle so I get no over time at all. TLDR: I work 6 days straight with no overtime because of a creative payroll.
