Crying at Work

I work in a psychiatric hospital that has suffered from lack of staff, low morale, and increasing pressure for little pay. I just realized that crying among staff has become so common place that it’s no longer acknowledged. We just cry – at our desks, in the hallways, in our cars and bathrooms. It’s not getting better.
