Curb your use of words like “boss”, “their employees”, “their profits”, “my employer”,. VERBAL CONDITIONING..IMPORTANT!

While these are ingrained into our lingo, and they are understood ways of communicating. They subtley act as perspective conditioners to see yourself in a 'owner/owned' relationship. “my boss”, “bossman” Never call anyone your boss. You are the boss of you. “My manager”, I dont care if they claim a madeup title of manager. They are “A manager” “their employees”..This creates an atmosphere of nuance that suggests possession of people. Obviously we don't mean that literally, but it is a bad habit we need to condition away from. “their profits” needs to be “The profits made by the laborers who worked together” “my employer” needs to be changed to “My labor is sold to [X]” Im sure there are more as well, feel free to add any
