Curious how others here feel about relocating to a lower cost of living area if there was a community of like minded people to help support them through the transition.

My partner and I have seriously been considering trying this through social media and Reddit and this group seems like the type that have open minds and could help with the structure of this plan and give honest feedback. What logistical issues need to be addressed for a person/couple/family to uproot and move to another city assuming job and housing are covered?
