Curious what “antiwork” is supposed to mean?

Just FYI: I’m thirties, been working since I was 15. I recently quit a toxic af workplace that didn’t appreciate me and found a new job that paid 20K more. I don’t have a degree, I’m fully self taught in low-voltage electronics. I’m glad to have found a place that appreciates my skills. I’m fully pro-union. I was under the impression that this subreddit was more about supporting workers’ rights and encouraging people to know their worth. Recently I’ve been seeing a lot of posts complaining about (imho) stupid or normal things in related to work. I fully believe that corporate bosses will take advantage of us any chance they get but like… capitalism is here (in America) and not going anywhere anytime soon so we gotta live with it. If you have a decent gig that’s great, work isn’t supposed to be great/fun, that’s why you get paid. Idk…

Idk I don’t want to sound like a boot locker but som of these posts I’m just like come on… some posts are bitching about things that are so small and I’m like… “there are real people with real issues that are actually struggling lol”

Anyways….
Go Amazon union
Go Starbucks union
F*** the bosses

I’m out 🤘

EDIT:

I’m talking about people complaining about having to work in general. I get it sucks but let’s be honest: until we go fully robotic for food/energy industries, it’s not right to expect to just be taken care of (unless you are medically unable). I’m proud of being a skilled worker, I’ve worked hard to get where I am, yes I got abused along the way, but I have also fought hard to get away from that and force my bosses to give me what I deserve.
