They said they cannot move with a counter offer unless I forward them my current offer that is a lot more than what I currently make. I told them no because I wouldn’t want to jeopardize anything with a new potential employer. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Has anyone ever gone to a third counter offer from the competitor after the current employer makes a counter offer?
