First time being a supervisor but still had the role of training new employees for a brief few days, managing and making sure the store runs from open to close everyday, work on average 6 days a week and 50 hours sometimes upwards of 60 if need be.
I do everything you’d expect a supervisor to do except handle paying the other staff, i don’t really handle payments to other workers at all, but i don’t know if that should be the difference between being paid a higher salary and not.
