Customer Claims I Damaged Their Vehicle. Now I’m Just An Expensive Customer Service Rep.

I work for a company which installs towing equipment on private vehicles. Two customers have made claims against me for damaging their vehicles. One scratched door. One bumper fascia, tabs broken from removal. Cheap plastic on an overpriced car. The company has blocked off all reservations for the rest of the year. I have no voice. I’m a wage employee making better than most, but I’m just an expensive CSR right now.
