So, I stopped what I was doing and grabbed the store manager (who was also threatened by the same guy) and I asked “What the hell is he doing here?” The store manager said that he had talked with the owner and was allowed to come back.
I’m absolutely livid.
One, there should be a zero tolerance for aggressive behavior from both customers and employees.
Second, I wasn’t even consulted regarding the decision to allow him to return.
Thirdly, I am appalled by the blatant disregard for my safety from my employer. I am in an area all by myself. If I was to be attacked, I wouldn’t have any immediate help.
I am in complete disbelief.
