During one of my coworkers evaluations that was right before mine he was told by our boss (of 2 months) that the company will be cutting our assistants $16 an hour pay to $12 an hour…the assistants are part time. They were hired in at $15.
Well…I'm prepared that we will lose our assistants after their summer break. I also don't blame them for leaving. I feel sick to my stomach about this.
How can companies do this?
With gas prices and inflation it will just not be worth it for them.
I make the same as my assistants but I am full time.
