To get a “great job” you need to do anything and everything you can for the company and bend over for them. There’s a difference between working hard, and coercing the definition of working hard to sacrificing your life for the company, fine line. It’s like companies don’t want to appeal to the workers want to be mentally healthy, want a great life, and is feel great about themselves. They want to appeal to those in desperate need of money, in survival mode, will take the bare minimum to work for them and do whatever possible. They want those who will appreciate their breadcrumbs and carrot on the stick. Which is why people who actually care about themselves and have the option to quit realize a job is just lowering the quality of their life. Companies don’t offer you a job to raise the quality of your life, they offer…
