Dammit! I screwed up this morning… Need advice on how to move on after inadvertently pooping during a scheduled break… I feel like I let all of you down!

I just feel like such a class traitor. I knew I had to poop soon, but I lost track of time and it was already the morning break when I got to a stopping place with the task I was doing. I didn't want to spend my whole break clenched so I went and pooped as quickly as possible. Where do I go from here?
