Dan Price is all over LinkedIn talking about how great of an employer he is while there’s growing evidence of how he raped and abused women. These are the kinds of sociopaths that run companies.

A recent, very-well-researched article in the NYT about Dan Price, the CEO of Gravity Payments, summarized the accusations and evidence amounting against Dan. All the while, he’s constantly posting on LinkedIn what kind of saint he is for giving his employees raises and vacation time. Not that all leaders of companies are rapists and abusers, but this example really goes to show you how much con artistry is involved with corporate leadership. They are only a half step removed from slimy politicians. Sometimes they’re even worse. The more sociopathic someone is, it seems the higher they rise in a corporate environment. This is part of the problem outside of our culture’s obsession with money and consumption. Corporate leaders are devoid of empathy or they are outright snakes. Self gain is their only goal.
