Dangerous trends starting

I've been lurking around this sub for some time, and was always pretty glad I don't live in the US. But recently I've been getting a lot of job offers that follow the same sort of trends that can be seen in posts here. Like, “Tell me your qualifications and expectations so I can tell you what we pay”, or “Yeah, the description says remote, but it's actually 1 day/week WFH, the rest in office”, or “We actually pay a reduced rate the first few months because of training and you won't be a full-on asset yet” – stuff like that. I'm mostly content with my current position, so I don't pay them that much attention, but I dread having to look for a job again in the future.
