Daycare Negligence

My wife works for a daycare in NE PA. Last week, one of her co-workers tested positive for COVID. But the owner said that worker had to come in to work anyway. Yesterday, the state inspector showed up for a random inspection. The owner was shaking in their boots. My wife told the inspector all about that incident, as well as the fact that their ratio from kids to employees is generally higher than it’s supposed to be, and that her W-4 was filled out for her when she started working. Everything about this place is shady.

My wife is hoping that they try to fire her now, as she would have a good wrongful termination case against the establishment.
