Daycare troubles.

So I currently work at a daycare in Washington state and it is a shit place, the staff are terrible and don’t watch the kids the management doesn’t do anything to help the troubled kids, maintenance is practically non existent I’m thinking of quitting but before I do that I would like to have an inspection or an audit done of the place so it can be shut down. What are my resources for going about that, because this place is not good.
