How do you deal with an incompetent boss who is a yes person and approves all ideas and requests from other deparyments that are clearly against best practices to downright idiotic. All communications have failed and suggestions have been ignored. They lack leadership skills, awareness and experience. Would going to the person above them the only way? If that fails just do it and look for a new job?
