This employee sending the emails could be new and I understand everyone has to learn. BUT, this is the person who is suppose to be doing a phone interview with me and who will then judge if I am a suitable candidate for an in person interview with the actual management. I just find using recruiters to filter applicants to be a questionable practice when they themselves don't know how to do their own job, which in this case was just sending an email… Have any of you experienced anything involving recruiters or HR staff that have been questionable?
