Long time lurker, first time poster. I finally made an appointment to restart therapy after 5+ years away due to a lack of affordability. Informed my boss yesterday that I had a Dr's appt this Tuesday, did not give her the specifics as it's none of her dang business. Working with her today and she says, “Let's talk about it before you leave.” Dear boss, there's nothing to talk about. I am not available during this time to this time. I will permanently change my hours of availability to get a handle on myself and improve my mental well-being if this goes well. Tread carefully. The freaking balls of some managers, especially when HR has already dealt with her about another issue I had not even 2 months ago that ended in a screaming match everyone in the store could hear.
