I left work early today because the pressure was so intense, i had a panic attack and could not stop crying at my register. I went to work despite being in terrible pain. my supervisor threatened us if we weren’t asking for Five Stars. She told me i never asked for five stars despite i asked everyone around me while she was there fixing the two broken self check outs she ignored until she was told corporate landed in the state. I was lectured by Loss Prevention for not noticing theft, even tho i stopped four shoplifters, one of them i stopped twice in the day and LP was no where to be found. One of our cashiers was fired today and two others were to sign disciplinary action notices.
If this is how my managers treat us when corporate is here, i don’t wanna stay here.
