Declined the hike I asked since I got a better opportunity. HRs blasted me later

I was trying for a change of role for the past 6 months and I got the role I wanted at another organization, so filed my notice, which they didn't approve. The HR immediately contacted me and said they'll give whatever role I want. I agreed to oh the condition that I'll revoke my notice on the day they transfer me and also asked for a hike (13% lower than the new offer). Few days later they called and said that the hike has been approved, to which I thanked and asked me to acknowledge the hike formally via email, without giving a date of transfer. Right after that they rejected my notice and sent a formal mail saying my hike has been approved. I got pissed and immediately declined the hike via email, called HR and said I'm going forward with the new offer I've got, filed notice again…

I got pissed and immediately declined the hike via email, called HR and said I'm going forward with the new offer I've got, filed notice again but this time asked my manager to approve it right away, which she did. The next day they set up a Online Meeting and blasted the fuck out of me saying I cheated and manipulated them, since they had to put a lot of effort to approve my hike, even threatened to terminate me.

I feel like shit now. I didn't take their hike and cheat on them nor am I quitting the company without completing my notice period. I just wanted a good role that'll help me progress in my career.
