Denied pay increase

Good afternoon, I'm a compliance video tech for a mental health company here in AZ. I was hired to “pull video”, but it has turned into me doing the auditors job above me to watch videos, ensure timelines, and figure out what happened in most cases. Then i timeline and label all videos, send them in a nice email then do another. I have done 2600 request since Jan 2020 when hired. I was hired at 19.25 with a 2 year college degree in this “entry level position”. Clearly doing 2600 request day in and day out to ensure we aren't being sued is pretty important. I'm essentially the wheels on the car with everyone else in the car. No video/ no evidence. Good afternoon,

I'm a compliance video tech for a mental health company here in AZ.
Do to the increase work load, the higher number or priority request, no longer being able to “flex hours” for things like dentist but instead taking straight pto if you need time, I filled out our pay increase form. ((Also if they need me to work late I'm expected to “Flex” and not receive OT)

This company only offers a 3% merit increase per year, which clearly doesn't match inflation in the Phoenix area. After 2 years i'm currently making 20.70 an hour. I included two indeed post with my pay increase submission showing i could make 27-35 an hour other places. I heard back today that HR believes that i'm being paid accurately so that is that. With inflation over the last two years i actually have less extra money then when i started. Not to mention if it wasn't for my wife being a nurse i wouldn't be making it on a full time college grad job.

HR told me i could email him my resume which he will give to their recruiter to see if there is anything else available in the company.. but i don't really want to work for somewhere that literally can't appreciate how much extra i do for them. Only reason i have stayed this long is because our bills are paid and it is bank hours work from home… Just sucks having to not make money to keep a better quality of life. We shouldn't have to choose. /rant
