So around a year ago they took all our chairs and put them in a dumpster and we were told we aren’t allowed to have a seat. They have no reasoning on why the chairs were removed. I work in a big factory with around 2.5k people in it. A couple people in my area have been complaining about back and knee pain. Went to my supervisor to ask about getting matts at the least so we don’t have to stand on the concrete all day. Today I went to talk about getting matts. Told him Paul has to go lay down on a pallet because of his back pain. Was told and I quote “Paul’s like 90”. I have scoliosis and have had 3 surgeries on my leg. The lady that works beside me has a torn meniscus. Is their anything that can be done? Can I tell someone other than my supervisor? Nothing gets done in here and nothing will with this supervisor. Sorta stuck atm. Edit: I’ve worked her for around 5 years.
