Sorry, guys, this is going to be long. I figured this would be the best place to put this out. I decided to go to this particular Denny's for a nice cheeseburger when I realized there was only one worker there tonight and she was trying her hardest to get everyone settled. I could tell this lady had enough when I saw her literally tearing up when a customer was paying and then saying how her manager is trying to find any little thing to fire her, and how she was trying her best to do her job. I talked to her and she explained just how terrible her manager and several customers were treating her.
I gave her the biggest tip I can offer, I also asked her if she needed help looking for another job, and gave her my number so I can send her a ton of places that are hiring. What else can I really do? I was going to offer to help her type up a resume to send to places. I figured writing a review on google about the manager's mistreatment but I don't think that'll do anything.
I guess I wanted to ask is there any advise I can give her, any links to resources that may help her in the event that she quits/fired before getting a new job?
