Full day care for 3 year old, 3 days a week, looking to hire a teen willing to work for experience!

Light housekeeping required too! This was posted in a nanny/babysitting group I'm in on Facebook. Years and years ago I nannied in college and every so often a post from one of these groups floats up on my timeline. They are looking for daytime care, 3 days a week, on weekdays, for a 3 year old (plus light housekeeping). They ended the post by saying “funds are tight so this is the ideal job for a teen just looking for experience!!” They have not responded to any comments asking how a teen is supposed to work during the school day. And, in case you're wondering, virtually nobody homeschools here nor do we have hybrid/virtual academies where this a plethora of teens available all day on weekdays. I'm so sick of people taking advantage of teenagers/young people enter the work force because “eXpErIeNcE!!!!”
