Despicable Corporate Gaslighting

About 4 Months ago I was “promoted” to supervisor and given a raise. Recently, the boss who promoted me was fired. I also found out a co-worker was given the same pay as me at that time even though I was “supervisor”. Its certainly time to walk away and see the writing on the wall. I was offered $2 more an hour at another place and asked my company to match it, to hell with even being in a leadership position anymore. I don't expect them to match it. The only real issue is, I would be leaving a corporation and working for a small business with limited benefits but chance to grow long term.
