Destructive work environment

I want to denounce this. I work in an office in a small company that offers services to big companies and governments in Latin America. This is the problem: It is my first job after my graduation. I don't know how an office works. This is a case that I experienced a few months ago. Eating lunch for only two people at the one table was mandatory during the pandemic. My partner and practitioner were sent to eat first. However, in the middle of our chat and break (which is actually lunch), we were abruptly interrupted by our supervisor, who did not wait for the end of lunch to communicate our corrections, but rather rudely interrupted, requesting information. which we did not have at the time. It is my first job after my graduation.

My partner has anxiety and depression, he is even on pills, and both he and I suffered from these types of conditions. In addition to that, we had little time to eat lunch because that person, our supervisor, wanted to eat as soon as possible. So, instead of having a lunch break like her and her partner, we had to eat in 20 minutes and get back to work on corrections as soon as possible.

My partner resigned, after hitting rock bottom, although I was able to make sure that his university accepted his internship despite his resignation. I have not been able to resign, I owe about 50 minimum wages from my country for my university credit and my family is not going through a good time. That job has been totally negative for my mental health, and I was about to quit, but they gave me a raise and… it is very difficult to find another job where I can pursue my career. The other jobs that can easily pay you a high amount are call centers where foreign clients insult them in racist ways and where the long hours have led to the resignation of thousands of young people who have put their physical and mental health at risk.

I just wanted to vent here, and tell that person to rot, and if I ever get to be boss, I'll never be like that damn witch.
