I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, but if not please help point me in the right direction!
I used to work in a very popular local pizza place in my area During the winter/spring of 2021, my manager got very strict with social distancing. My current boyfriend and I worked together, but we weren't dating at the time, although everyone knew we were close, he drove me home often and we always took our breaks together. My manager told us we had to social distance despite having close contact regularly, we obliged but one day he saw us getting up from a booth and for a moment we sat across from each other. He freaked out and screamed at us, he threatened us with write ups and that it is our last verbal warning. I later found out that he actually did write me up in the system that records people's progress/write ups/etc.
Is this even allowed? I thought about this more and it feels like he violated my bodily autonomy. Should I report them?
