I went on short term disability 8 weeks ago. When I came back, I was still being paid disability rate. The company now owes me $1000 and it does not seem like they will fix it anytime soon. Anything I could do to expedite this? I'm in such a bad financial place now because of this. I was already living paycheck to paycheck and now I have to dip into emergency savings.
