08:00 -12:00 Work
12:00 -12:30 Break
12:30 -16:30 Work
16:30 – 17:00 Commute
That's 9 hours 30 minutes spent out of home for work. Which leaves me with 6 hours personal time until bedtime. Personal time contains grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, showering, relaxing etc.
