Hello all, I wanted to start a discussion up about a trend I have seen recently. A lot of people tend to post stuff about how the small company they work for treats them bad and this and that when in reality small business is STRUGGLING right now. I feel like we should be directing our attention more towards huge companies that actually fuck around and ruin people lives. Small businesses are community based and community focused as to where big business doesn’t give a fuck. Big business is who we should be sticking it too, not these mom and pop shops who can’t even afford a lawyer to actually know what the laws are.
