i searched for a job on indeed that provided reasonable accommodation because i cant stand for 5 hours without sitting. front of house is given cigarette breaks. i was 4 hours into a shift and i asked to sit on a bucket till a 5 muinet timer went off for a patato chip spinner. i was told i would have to clock off because he "couldnt have me sitting on the clock". i was also given the option to just sweep and leave. i chose the latter. would anyone be able to help me find recorces for disabled workers in Florida?
